All you need to do is focus on planning the activities in your new outdoor space while we do all the work. You can count on us for finding the best materials, finishes, and designs. We value communication, and we’ll keep you updated and ask for your input throughout the entire process.

11 Easy Steps Towards Your Dream Outdoor Space

Step 1. Fill Out The Form

Please fill out our form with details about your dream deck or outdoor kitchen. You may also send us pictures of your ideal outdoor space to get a better idea of your vision.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

We’ll get back to you for a phone consultation. We’ll discuss your project in detail and answer any questions you may have at this point.

Step 3. On-Site Consultation

We’ll come on-site to assess your space and conduct any needed measuring. There is a $250 consultation fee for this process, where we will also discuss options and get notes on your preferences.

Step 4. Design Phase And Signing The Contract

We use our skills to design your space based on your ideas and vision. Our design package fee is $1,500 and is credited as a deposit towards your final payment. Once you agree on the design and sign the contract, we’ll collect the deposit and start on your dream.

Step 5. Pulling The Permits

We get all the permits for your project so you don’t have to worry about the legalities and all the paperwork. Sit back and relax and let us take care of every aspect of your project.

Step 6. Pre-Job Walkthrough With Project Manager

Before getting to work, our project manager will perform a walkthrough of your space together with you. He’ll let you know what to expect in the following days and determine what we need to begin working on your dream.

Step 7. We Get To Work

We use our workmanship to build you the ideal deck or outdoor kitchen. Once our work is done, you’ll be able to spend family moments in a backyard that’s beautiful and functional. You can start envisioning your new outdoor space, knowing we’ll do everything to bring it to life.

Step 8. Post-Job Walkthrough

We’ll do a final walkthrough after our work is complete. We’ll make sure every new upgrade reflects your wishes and make some final tweaks if needed.

Step 9. Enjoy Your New Backyard

Time for the big reveal. We present your new backyard to you and let you enjoy it together with your family. We want to make sure that everything is just as you expected now and in the future, so address to us any concerns or questions you might have.

Step 10. 10-Year Warranty

We want you to be happy with every aspect of our collaboration. That’s why we’ll offer you a 10-year workmanship warranty and manufacturer’s warranty on materials. You can be at ease knowing that in case any unforeseen problems arise that are within our control, we’ll fix them immediately.

Step 11. Follow-Up

Your long-term happiness is our greatest reward. We’ll follow up within the next three days, three weeks, and three months to ensure everything’s as you hoped. After 12 months, we’ll visit you personally to make sure our work is in perfect condition and see if we can do anything for you.
